As a marketer, you strive to create branded content that is aesthetically pleasing, original and helps your team meet its goals. It’s not an easy task!

Why should you relinquish that and turn to user-generated content?

Because after a while even your most loyal fans and followers become numb to your branded content no matter how beautiful your images are. They get so accustomed to your social media posts that they stop seeing them.

4. Turn on comment ranking

Here’s how to turn comment ranking on / off:

  • Click Settings at the top of your Page
  • From General, click Comment Ranking
  • To turn comment ranking on, click to check the box next to See most relevant comments by default
  • To turn comment ranking off, click to uncheck the box next to See most relevant comments by default
  • Click Save Changes.

When your post receives comments, it’s mandatory you reply to each of these comments.

But if you want to make it more engaging and exciting for your followers, use gifs and/or memes.

Gifs and memes are forms of entertainment anyone can use.

So if they are in alignment with your brand communication guidelines, use gifs/memes you can find on the internet or create them yourself.
